Kim's role is to actively listen and ask questions that help articulate insights and identify goals. She is trained and experienced with motivational interviewing, psychodynamic therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy and with the use of the practical and spiritual tools of mindfulness-based cognitive therapy. Kim aims to help clients feel better and live with greater clarity, intention, meaning and purpose.

Kim's approach :
"Our first session will be an opportunity for us to get to know each other. We'll discuss
your background, what brings you to therapy, what works, and what doesn't. My goal is for you to leave that first session feeling heard, understood, and confident that you have a partner to help you move forward."
